REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Refunds

If approved:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items
